Les McNeill – Chief Executive Officer
Founded his first software company in 1976 and has been CEO and/or President of information technology companies in the US, Australia and Europe, leading such companies from start-up through IPO, as well as managing the worldwide operations of a LSE listed technology conglomerate.  He has both retail and CPG background, having been involved in retail early in his career, with a CPG/Retail involvement in the GCI initiatives around global data synchronization.

Phuong Quach – Chief Financial Officer
More than 20 years of financial analysis and reporting, with the last 5 years in management, most recently as the VP Finance at Inovys Corporation.  Phuong brings a disciplined approach to financial management and cost controls, which is critical to any success within a start-up.


Doug Clay - Vice President – Client Services
Some 20 years of experience in the consulting, design, specification and management of large scale development and implementation projects across a range of industry segments.  Background includes time with both Anderson Consulting and Netscape in senior consulting positions. 


Karthik Raajkumar – Director – Research and Development
More than 15 years of software engineering, consulting and team leadership, with skills in design, architecture and engineering management.  His experience is J2EE focused over the past 10 years, with emphasis on complexities surrounding rules engines and data access technologies. He is experienced in developing and managing off-shore R&D resources in India.
