Software Requirements

IBM WebSphere Application Server v6 or higher (OR).
BEA WebLogic V8.2 or higher.
Systems software supporting these applications servers.

Database Server

One (1) dedicated back-up server (Database).

Processor: Dual CPU, 1.GHz or greater.

Oracle Database v9i or higher.
SQLServer 2005.
DB2.

Each HQ user requires a workstation of minimum specification.

Network Connected.

In-Store Options

Browser-based thin client
Where the network connection between HQ and stores are high-speed broadband, each store associate generating store print output, requires a workstation of minimum specification

Thick client
Where the network speeds are inadequate for browser based store execution and/or where the stores may be executing with a local POS solution that requires direct store connectivity, such as experienced in franchise models, SignIQee has an optional thick client component that is installed in the store.

ESL Integration
Providing the network infrastructure is in place to support the deployment of permanent intelligent electronic shelf labels/tags (ESL and/or EPOP) SignIQee can be applied to the task of creating the tag image format, the definition of informational content and its placement in the formatting, and the rendering of the completed content/format image for updating to the ESL tag.
